Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis. All shipments are by UPS, Purolator or by any other form of transport required. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Note: An additional charge of $70.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of Network Supply Canada Inc. or the courier. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to Network Supply Canada Inc. Network Supply Canada Inc. reserves the right to review shipping charges and adjust them to the correct shipping charge if an in correct shipping charge has been provided in error.
Your order will not ship until it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Network Supply Canada Inc. will make every effort to process your order within 24 hours after receiving it. Once your order has been processed it will normally ship directly to you within 3-5 days if in stock.
Note: No orders will be processed on weekends or holidays.
Return Policy:
Most items we sell come with a 15-day manufacturers replacement warranty against defects. After 15 days your warranty is covered directly from the manufacturer.
Network Supply Canada Inc. does NOT accept returns for non-defective product. No exceptions will be made! If you return an item that is not defective your credit card will be charged $ 30.00 testing fee for no fault found. You will also be charged for the cost of shipping to return the product your location.
Defective software:
Defective software cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. If you believe your software media is defective you will be required to deal directly with the manufacturer.
Defective hardware:
Within the 15 day replacement time frame, your hardware will be repaired or replaced or at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS or REPLACEMENTS on Acer, Toshiba, IBM, Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard/COMPAQ, Lenovo or any other brands of computer Notebooks, Desktops, or Server products. They must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for requesting an RMA/Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer.
All UPS power backup, and Plasma/LCD television products will only be supported or replaced by the manufacturer directly.
Before returning any item, you must contact Network Supply Canada Inc. Returns Department via email by going to the Shipping & Returns section on our website. You must do this within 15 days of your invoice date in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Your return will be refused upon delivery to our warehouse.
No returns will be accepted for Non Defective products. Defective returns that are tested and deemed to be non-defective will be returned to the customer freight collect. If your product is tested and found to be Non-Defective, it will be your responsibility to arrange a shipping method to have your product returned. Network Supply Canada Inc. will not pay for any return shipping of non-defective products.
