Network Supply Canada Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.  Network Supply Canada Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the Credit and Fraud Avoidance policies set by Network Supply Canada Inc. Network Supply Canada Inc. may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order that will be paid buy credit card or purchase order. All prices paid will be set as of the day the order is placed.

Order Cancellation:

An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship within a reasonable amount of time based on the customers required delivery date that was specified in the (Comment Section) on the initial order. Items that have show no Online Stock may take from 2-6 weeks for pickup or delivery to the customer. Any order submitted through this website, if in our Online Stock, will normally be shipped to you within 3-5 business days, provided there are no unresolved issues with the order, and can’t be cancelled. Network Supply Canada Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies. Customers wishing to cancel a backordered item that cannot be delivered by the specified delivery date will be required to:

Step 2 - Cancel by phone – Must speak to Order Manager only.

If your order has already been processed or shipped it will not be cancelled.

Backorders:

At Network Supply Canada Inc. we make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information.  Due to the fact that our online store consists of over 400,000 computer and network related products, an item may not always be in stock. Network Supply Canada Inc. will accept orders for out-of-stock items.  If the item you order is not in our Online Stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. Orders that contain backordered items will be shipped as product becomes available. The total shipping charges for the complete order will be charged and included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at ANY time prior to shipping. Customers wishing to cancel a backorder that cannot be delivered by the specified delivery date should read the Order Cancellation section outlined above.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis.  All shipments are by UPS, Purolator or by any other form of transport required. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
Note: An additional charge of $70.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of Network Supply Canada Inc. or the courier. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to Network Supply Canada Inc. Network Supply Canada Inc. reserves the right to review shipping charges and adjust them to the correct shipping charge if an in correct shipping charge has been provided in error.

Your order will not ship until it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Network Supply Canada Inc. will make every effort to process your order within 24 hours after receiving it. Once your order has been processed it will normally ship directly to you within 3-5 days if in stock.

Note: No orders will be processed on weekends or holidays.

Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due data entry errors or errors in pricing information received from our suppliers, Network Supply Canada Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. Network Supply Canada Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and Network Supply Canada Inc. cancels the order we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the initial amount charged for the items or order.

Return Policy:

Most items we sell come with a 15-day manufacturers replacement warranty against defects. After 15 days your warranty is covered directly from the manufacturer.  

Network Supply Canada Inc. does NOT accept returns for non-defective product.  No exceptions will be made! If you return an item that is not defective your credit card will be charged $ 30.00 testing fee for no fault found. You will also be charged for the cost of shipping to return the product your location.

Defective software:

Defective software cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. If you believe your software media is defective you will be required to deal directly with the manufacturer. 

Defective hardware:

Within the 15 day replacement time frame, your hardware will be repaired or replaced or at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS or REPLACEMENTS on Acer, Toshiba, IBM, Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard/COMPAQ, Lenovo or any other brands of computer Notebooks, Desktops, or Server products. They must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for requesting an RMA/Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer.

All UPS power backup, and Plasma/LCD television products will only be supported or replaced by the manufacturer directly.

Before returning any item, you must contact Network Supply Canada Inc. Returns Department via email by going to the Shipping & Returns section on our website. You must do this within 15 days of your invoice date in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Your return will be refused upon delivery to our warehouse.

No returns will be accepted for Non Defective products. Defective returns that are tested and deemed to be non-defective will be returned to the customer freight collect. If your product is tested and found to be Non-Defective, it will be your responsibility to arrange a shipping method to have your product returned. Network Supply Canada Inc. will not pay for any return shipping of non-defective products.

Provincial Sales Tax:

Provincial Sales tax will be applied to your order as required. Taxes will be based on the destination shipping address for each order.

Goods and Services Tax:

Goods and Services tax will be applied to your order as required. Taxes will be based on the destination shipping address for each order.

Accepted Credit Cards for Online Purchases:

Network Supply Canada Inc. only accepts Visa and Mastercard. Please be sure to provide the exact billing name address and telephone number of the Credit Card holder that is on file with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged prior to the shipment of the order.

We value your privacy at Network Supply Canada Inc. your personal information will only be used by our staff at Network Supply Canada Inc. All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer anytime after the first 15 days of invoice. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product.
